Jane Katherine Bailey, age 87, of Burgin, wife of Oldran Curtis Bailey, died Wednesday, February 29, 2012.
Born June 2, 1924 in Paris, KY, she was the daughter of the late William W. and Katherine Powell Lear. She was a member of the Burgin Christian Church and was a homemaker.
Other survivors include: one son: David Curtis (Margaret) Bailey of Danville, two grandchildren, Katie Register & Curt Bailey, and one great grandson: Tucker Bailey.
Visitation will start at 12 pm and lead up to the Funeral services 2 PM, Saturday, March 3 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Tonya Tyler with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Curt Bailey, Johnathon Register, Rice Lear, Pat Lear, Chris Coffman, and Bud VanArsdall.
Honorary bearers: A. T. Dean, Jr., Meredith Lear, and Charles F. Goodlett.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Burgin Christian Church or Heritage Hospice.
