Obituary of Betty Ann Yocum

Betty Ann Yocum, age 63, Harrodsburg, wife of Sidney Yocum, died, at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital She was born September 25, 1948 in Washington County, to the late Virgil and Viola (Sallee) Robinson. She retired from Haggin Memorial Hospital and also worked for years at Cricketteer. Survivors include: her husband: Sidney Yocum; two daughters: Vickie (Billy) Barnes and Teresa (Joe), a Step Daughter, Cindy Gayle Sims all of Harrodsburg; Four Grandchildren, Two Step Grandchildren, and Five Great Grandchildren; a sister: Sue (Lonnie) Coffman of Harrodsburg; and brother: Gilbert (Rita) Robinson of Somerset, KY; two Half Sisters, Sarah (Don) Lear, and Lilian (Phil) Shelton. Betty was predeceased by two brothers: Jesse & James McGinnis. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, April 2 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Joe Smith and Gilbert Robinson. Burial will be in the Deep Creek Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Tiger Robinson, Kelly Robinson, Ronnie Coffman, Chris Coffman, Shawn Coffman, Daryl Coffman. Honorary Bearers will be: Nickie Sims, Jennifer Layton, Doty Curtsinger, Taylor Barnes, Matthew Sims, Russell Sims, Branson Sims, Jeslyn Layton, Baylee Sims, Jeran Layton and Peyton Woods, Visitation will be Sunday, April 1; 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
