Roni Wynette Simpson, 44, Harrodsburg, wife of James Carlos Jimmy Simpson, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at her home in Harrodsburg.
Born May 22, 1968 in Lexington, KY, she was the daughter of William Marvin and Bonnie June (Harrison) Robinson. She was a domestic engineer.
Survivors include: her parents: Marvin and Bonnie Robinson; husband: Jimmy Simpson, five daughters: Sarai Carmak, Katie Simpson, Heather Eldridge, Amber Atkinson of Harrodsburg and Britani Keys of Nicholasville; and one son: Matthew Simpson of Harrodsburg; one sister: Dee Dee (Trey) Robinson of Lexington; Six Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 16 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Greg Warren and Danny Broce. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Jamie Broce, Marshall Simpson, Tim Reed, Jeff Kyle, Mark Broce and Matthew Simpson. Honorary Bearers are: Sarai Carmack, Krissy Griffin, Corey Simpson, Austin Lyons, Kelly Simpson, Makenzie Kyle, Whitney Simpson, Christian Reed and Tiffany Reed.
Visitation will be Friday, June 15 from 5-8 pm at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
