Stephen Earle Garland, 68, Lancaster, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, in LaBelle, FL.
Steve was born March 14, 1944 in Washington, IN, to the late Fritz and Mary Louise (Overby) Garland. He served the in Navy during the Vietnam war. He was a retired optometrist.
Survivors include: a brother: Richard "Bud" Garland of Evansville, IN; and his ex-wife and best friend Martha Worthington Garland of Lancaster, KY.
Funeral services will be 1:30 PM, Wednesday, June 27 at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery by Ronnie Hupp. Burial will be in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Nicholasville.
