Obituary of William Allen "Buddy" Yeager

Buddy Yeager, age 73, Harrodsburg, husband of Nancy Lillian Brown Yeager, died Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at the Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY.
Born February 1, 1939 in Washington County, KY, he was the son of Marshall Fish and Flora (Robinson) Yeager. He was a retired supervisor from Eaton & Signet companies.
Survivors include: his wife: Nancy Brown Yeager, a daughter: Tammy (Mark) Doughty; and three sons: Jimmy "Yogi" (Lisa) Yeager, Billy (Ann) Yeager and Gary (Nancy) Yeager, all of Harrodsburg; one sister: Myrtie (Frank) Henry of Louisville, KY; Twelve Grandchildren; Nine Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11AM, Saturday, June 30 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Lewis Walters and Caleb Penwell. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Visitation will be Friday, June 29 from 5-8pm at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Pallbearers are: Buddy Yeager, Derrick Doughty, Matthew Yeager, Andrew Yeager, Trey Yeager, Brandon Sutton, Justin Ellis, Tanner Powell, and Joseph Brown. Honorary bearers are: Corey Yeager, Jessica Doughty, Nickie Bailey, Danny Sutton, Staci Brown, Angelia Doughty, Jessica Powell, Megan Ellis, Amanda Yeager, Connie Gillis, Jimmy Sexton, Roger Dotson, Tony Warner, Charles W. Sims, and Elwood Byrd.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Kirkwood Baptist Church, 1955 Kirkwood Road, Salvisa, KY 40372.
