Charles B. Holderman, 83, Harrodsburg, husband of Juanita Barnes Holderman, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY. Born January 5, 1929 in Washington County, KY, he was the son of the late Henry and Janie Mae Carpenter Holderman. He was a retired farmer and a member of Southside Christian Church. Other survivors include: two daughters, Debbie (Danny) Settles of Springfield and Dena (Dennis) Worthington of Harrodsburg; two sons, Dwayne (Susan) Holderman of Bowling Green and Danny (Sandy) Holderman of Gravel Switch; three sisters, Fannie Lou Worthen of OK, Jean Devine of Perryville, Von Bottoms of Frankfort; one brother, Chester Holderman of Springfield; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Dustin Worthington, and siblings, Anderson, Parker, Fletcher & Colvin Holderman and Josephine Smart. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, August 17 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be Friday, August 17 from 11 AM until the hour of service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
