Obituary of Mary Florence "Flo" Measel

Mary Florence "Flo" Measel, age 80, of Dawson Springs, KY, formerly of Harrodsburg, widow of Thurman Measel, died Wed., Aug. 15, 2012, at the Dawson Springs Health and Rehabilitation. Born September 6, 1931 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Golden and Hettie (Hendren) Mobley. She was a retired clerk for the Gem Drug Store and Pharmacy and was a member of the Harrodsburg Church of Nazerene0. Survivors include: five stepchildren, Rhonda M. Hicks, Martin, Terry, Steve, and Henry Measel; two brothers, James Mobley and R. C. Mobley; Sister-in-Law, Frances Mobley; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by siblings, Juel and Ruel Mobley, Donald Votaw, Mattie Mobley, Mandy Votaw, Anna Mae Sallee, and Vivian Goodlett. Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Tom Mobley. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be Sunday, August 19 from 1:00 PM until hour of service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Memorials are suggested to the Gideon Bible Fund, P.O.
