Obituary of Jullienne Gist Keightley

Jullienne Gist "Julie" Keightley, age 64, Louisville, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at the Jewish Hospital, Louisville, KY. Born December 19, 1947 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Dr. James M. Keightley and the late Frances Board Keightley Moseley. Julie graduated from Harrodsburg High School and Georgetown College; after caring for her mother, she loved to travel especially to New York for Broadway shows, and loved to work crossword puzzles. Julie was a retired radiation health inspector for the state of KY and was a member of the Kentucky and American Society of Radiologic Technologist, and of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist. Survivors include: a Niece, Elaine Frances Keightley of Phoenix, AZ and a number of extended family members and friends. Julie was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Dr. James Moore Keightley Jr. Visitation will be Friday, September 14 from 1:30 PM until service at 3:30 PM, by Mark Baridon at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Memorial contributions may be sent to James Harrod Trust or the American Cancer Society.
