Helen Jean Mobley, age 81, Williamsburg, KY, widow of William Curtis Mobley, died Monday, September 24, 2012, at the Jellico Community Hospital, Jellico, TN.
Born November 27, 1930 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lyla (McGinnis) Beckum. She was a retired co-owner of a fishing business and was a member of the 1st Baptist Church, Islamorada, FL.
Survivors include: two daughters, Teresa (Tim) Grubb and Una Jackson, both of Williamsburg, KY; one step daughter, Sue Cox of Nicholasville; two step sons, William Allen Mobley of Frankfort and Donnie Mobley of Harrodsburg; five grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; four great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, September 28, 2012 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Robert Defoor with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are Carroll Perkins, Steven Jackson, Jim McGlone, Robert and Corky Jacobs, Donnie and Junior Mobley, and Jason Field.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 27, from 6-8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
