Obituary of Howard Mobley

Howard Mobley, age 73, Harrodsburg, died Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center, Harrodsburg, KY. Born April 30, 1939 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of the late Dewey D. and Myrtle (Coker) Mobley. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include: one daughter, Rita (Darrell) Beavers of Harrodsburg; three sons, Ricky (Rhonda) Mobley, Eddie Mobley, and Joey Mobley, all of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Cornell Reynolds and Joyce (Billy) Britton, both of Harrodsburg; one brother, Ernest (Wilma) Mobley of Harrodsburg ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Minor, Garnett, & Hanley Mobley, and one sister, Kathleen Derossett. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by John McDaniel. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Brad Mobley, Clayton Mobley, Adam Mobley, Logan Steele, Mark Wade, and Drew Mills. Honorary bearers are: Bryan Mobley, Samuel Wade, Landan Steele, Deacon Bowman, Devin Moffett, Jordan Moffett, Bailey Moran, Kylie Mobley, Isabella Wade, Serena Mobley, Breanna Mobley, and Sahara Moran. Visitation will be after 9 AM Sat. at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
