Obituary of Howard Lynn Logue

Howard Lynn Logue, 68, husband of Shirley Derringer Logue, died Sunday, January 6, 2013, at the VA Hospital, Lexington, KY.
Born October 5, 1944, he was the son of Pauline Hardin Logue and the late Howard T. "Hot Shot" Logue. He was a retired farmer, a veteran of the US Army, a member of the Perryville Masonic Lodge, and was a 61 year member of the Deep Creek Baptist Church.
Other survivors include: four sons, Howard Lynn (Jean) Logue Jr., Richmond, Glenn Derringer (Stacy) Logue, Harrodsburg, Eric Clinton (Cathy) Logue, Loretto, TN, and John Albert (Bridget)Logue, Harrodsburg; three brothers, Donald, Robert, and Buddy Logue; five sisters, Mary Rearic, Daisy James, Betty Darland, Rose Matherly, and Jane Wiley; ten grandchildren, Seth, Danielle, James, Hannah, Rachel, Jonathan, Eli, Reed, Lily, and Savannah. He was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Logue.
Funeral service will be 2 PM Wed., Jan. 9, 2013, at the Deep Creek Baptist Church, by Lewis Walters and Nelson Reynolds. Burial will be in the Deep Creek Cemetery with Military Rites.
Pallbearers are: Fred and Mike Lewis, Robert B., Travis, Seth, and James Howard Logue.
Visitation will be from 4:30 - 7:30 PM Tues., Jan. 8, 2013, Deep Creek Baptist Church. Masonic Rites will be held at 7:30 PM Tues., Deep Creek Baptist Church.
