Earl Sparks, 73 of Harrodsburg, died Sunday at his residence. He was the son of the late Clifton and Ebby Sparks. He was a retired farmer.
Earl is survived by: two daughters: Eva May Sparks, and Theresa Lynn Sparks and two sons: Jerry Wayne Sparks, and Robert Earl Sparks, all of Harrodsburg; four sisters: Peg Sparks, Marge Sparks and Linda Sparks of Lexington, Betty Butler of Richmond and five brothers: Darryl Sparks, John Sparks and Jim Sparks of Harrodsburg, Charlie Sparks and Ricky Sparks of Madison County. Earl was preceded in death by his Daughter, Carla Jo Sparks and four brothers: Fred, Bob, Donald and Danny Sparks.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Bobby Fultz. Burial will follow in the Athens Cemetery, Lexington.
