Monty Gardner Trower, 65 of Harrodsburg, KY, died Sunday in Harrodsburg, KY. Born in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of Andora Brown Trower and the late Jack Trower.
He was a Assistant Fire Chief for City of Harrodsburg.
Monty is survived by: one son: Chris (Crystal) Trower of Lexington, Grandchildren, Andrew, Seth & Madison Trower.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 - 8 PM at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers will be: John Tyler, Mike Cooley, Ronnie Broce, Charles Stinnett, Don Smith, Glenn Peavler and Harrodsburg Firemen.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 2:30 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
The family request memorial donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Christian Life Center or Quest Community Church - 410 Sporting Court, Lexington, KY 40503.
