KENNETH HOWARD NEAGLE
Kenneth Howard Neagle, 72, New Dixville Road, husband of Delores Della Cuoco Neagle, died Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at his residence.
Born June 29, 1931 in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Howard and Rosie Lavoie Neagle. He was a retired federal prison warden, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, a member of the VFW, Knights of Columbus, American Correctional Association, a graduate of Boston College and the University of Wisconsin, and was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Survivors besides his wife include four sons, Kenneth H. Neagle, Jr., Bonnieville, W. John Neagle, Salvisa, James M. Neagle, Harrodsburg, and Sean J. Neagle, Alexandria, VA; one sister, Beverly OBrian, California, and three grandchildren.
Funeral mass will be conducted 10:30 am Friday, March 5th at the St. Andrew Catholic Church by Father Joseph Muench, burial will be in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Jessamine County with military rites.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth, John, James, Sean and Christopher Neagle and Bill Doyle.
Visitation will be from 4 until 7 pm Thursday and prior to the service at the St. Andrew Catholic Church. Memorial contributions are suggested to The St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1125 Danville Road, Harrodsburg, KY 40330. The Ransdell Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
