Obituary of Lynda Faye Lowe

Lynda "Faye" Lowe, 64, Burgin, KY, wife of Jeffrey C. Lowe, died Saturday at her home. Born Jan. 21, 1949 in Wilmore, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ray Arthur and Juanita Matthews Maloney.
She formerly owned and operated Sew Amazing where she made and designed costumes and clothing. She also worked for the Skyline Paper as photographer, cartoonist and poet for a period of time. She was a member of the Harrodsburg Community Church.
Survivors other than her husband include: three daughters, Kerri Coulter of Lexington, Olivia Lowe, US Navy, and Amber Lowe of Burgin; one son, Christopher (Charity) Coulter of Lexington; three grandchildren, Robby Graves, Jordan Graves and Brogan Whisman; three brothers, Arthur (Robin) Maloney of Versailles, Harry Maloney of Lexington, and George (Sandy) Maloney of Frankfort; Mother-in-law, Lilla Lowe of Platte City, MO; Sister-in-Law, Cathy Lowe of Lexington, KY; Brother-in-law, Grant Lowe of Platte City, MO; and several Nieces & Nephews. Faye was preceded in death by a grandchild, Austin Coulter.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thurs., Jan 2, 2014, at the Harrodsburg Community Church by Terry Morrison. Burial will be in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Nicholasville.
Pallbearers are George Smith, David Settle, Rick Lee, Shawn Maloney, Alex Maloney and Steve Hysell.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 - 8 PM at Ransdell Funeral Chapel and at the church after 12 noon Thursday.
