Phillip McArthur Durr, 88, Harrodsburg, died Wednesday at the V. A. Medical Center in Lexington. Born August 13,1925, in Mercer County, KY, to the late Roy A. and the late Pearl Mae (Darland) Durr. Phillip was a WWII Army veteran, member of the Bohon Church of Christ and a lifelong farmer .
Phillip is survived by: a sister: Eunice Spoonamore of Nashville, TN, Several Nieces & Nephews. Phillip was preceded in death by three Brothers, Roy Jr., S.B. & Hunter Durr.
Graveside service will be held Friday, January 31; 1:00 pm at Spring Hill Cemetery by Julius Hovan.
The family request memorial donations be sent to Gideons International or Bohon Church of Christ.
