Phyllis Ann Harlow-Brown, 74, Harrodsburg, KY, died Monday. Born January 1, 1940, in Willisburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Evan and Nellie (Derr) Harlow. She was a retired teacher having taught for Harrodsburg Independent School District for 25 years and for the Danville School District 2 years. She was a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church and the KY Retired Teachers Association. Survivors include: one daughter, Stacey (Doug) Coffey of Hernando, FL; one son, Keith (Pam) Brown of Harrodsburg; one sister, Evelyn Morris of Harrodsburg; one brother, Joe (Gladys) Harlow of Harrodsburg; six grandchildren, Elizabeth, Heather, Amber, Tyler, Josh, & Natasha; thirteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Thursday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Robert Defoor and Wayne Spivey. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers will be Steve Gash, John, Evan, and Joseph Harlow, Tyler Brown, Dennis and Derrick Johnson, and Jack Hammons. Honorary bearers will be the Harrodsburg Coaching Family: Alvis & Rosetta Johnson, Spencer and Paula Tatum, Danny and Jenny Yates, Kenton and Marceline Bottoms, Will and Allison Begley, Jeff Hildebrandt, Jack and Joy Robertson, DAvid Feeback, and Suzanne Craddock Sanders.
