Everett Hall, Jr., 85, Harrodsburg, KY, widower of Liddie Beatrice Sheperson Hall, died Tuesday, July 9, 2014, at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg. Born March 7, 1929, in Boyd Co., KY, he was the son of the late Everette T. and Leona Iota (Pruitt) Hall. He was a retired Dept. Head for Corning Inc. and attended Eller's Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors include: two daughters, Shirley Jane Fister and Teressa (Eddie) Sanford, both of Harrodsburg; a Special Friend, Helen Vanderpool of Danville; eight grandchildren, Sean Pigman, Sarah Curtsinger, Joe Bill Fister, Shirley Sanford, Jim Sanford, Kathy Bethel, Karen Miller, Sha Fister; sixteen Great Grandchildren; one Great Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by seven brothers. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Lester Tirey and Jonathan Bennett. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 10 AM until the hour of service on Saturday. Pallbearers will be: Sean Pigman, Joe Fister, Jim Sanford, Adam Curtsinger, Sha Fister, and Mike Miller. Honorary bearers will be: Troy Miller, Rett Pigman, Will Fister, Trey Miller, Curtis Bethel, Zachary Curtsinger, Cole Curtsinger, Gunnar Fister, Garrett Fister, Griffin Fister, Gabe Sanford, Jacob Sanford, and Michael Killion. The family request memorial donations be sent to Alzheimer's Association, 801 S. Limestone, Suite E, Lexington, KY 40508-4048 or to Heritage Hospice, P.O. Box 1213, Danville, KY 40422.
