Betty Lou Lewis, 75, Harrodsburg, KY, widow of Wilbert Glenn Lewis, died Friday, August 15, 2014 in Harrodsburg. Born November 21, 1938, in Springfield, KY, she was the daughter of the late James Brown and Mary Lou Votaw Lewis.
Betty is survived by: two sons: Terry (Debbie) Lewis and Tim (Pat) Lewis, both of Harrodsburg. One sister: Helen Jewell Deckard of Elwood, IN. One brother: James R. "Buddy" Lewis of Stanford with 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 5-8pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers will be: Eddie Sherrow, Bud Jefferies, Bill Trayner, Timothy Todd Lewis, Nicholas Glenn Lewis, Josh Lee Carey. Honorary: Don Steele, Andera Carey and Misty S. Lewis.
Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by James Harley and Andrew Mikles. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
The family request memorial donations be sent to Wounded Warriors.
