Ralph Saxe, 64, Harrodsburg, KY, formerly of Valpraiso, IN, husband of Tammy Egolf Saxe, died Saturday, October 25, 2014, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY. Born January 12, 1950, in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Charles T. and Cornelia (Murphy) Saxe. Ralph was former owner and operator of Rainflow of Valpraiso and was currently a driver with Emsco Inc. in Lexington, KY, delivering pool and spa chemicals.
Other survivors include: three daughters, Michelle (Brad) Means of Rushville, IN, Dana (Ryan) Poe of Greenfield, IN, Danielle Morgan of Harrodsburg, KY; one sister, Laura Saxe of Rochester, IN; five grandchildren, Benjamin, Alyssa, Brooke, Braylen & Piper. Ralph is preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Saxe.
Funeral services will be held 7 PM Wed., Oct. 29, 2014, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Wed., Ransdell's. A funeral service will also be held at Moeller Funeral Home in Valparaiso, IN, 2 PM Fri., Oct. 31, 2014, with burial in the Graceland Cemetery.
