SUE LOGUE


Sue Logue, 74, Harrodsburg, widow of Arnold Logue, died Sunday, March 21, 2004 at her residence.


Born May 17, 1929 in Sweetwater, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Godia Gay Lagrone.


She was the former owner and operator of Arnold’s Florist and Greenhouse in Harrodsburg for over 40 years, a former member of the Harrodsburg Women’s Club and member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church.


Survivors include: two sons, Stephen and his wife Nina Logue, Burgin and Michael Willis Logue, Lexington; four daughters, Linda and her husband Jack McGee, Lexington, Susan and her husband Bentley Lane, Harrodsburg, Sherri and her husband Bob Lewis, Harrodsburg and Melissa and her husband Jim Hill, Lawrenceburg; one sister Mary Alice Franz, North Carolina; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Laticia Logue and two sisters, Jo “Nell” Gerbitz and Margaret Ann West.


Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, March 25th at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Bobby Logue. Burial will be in the Springhill Cemetery.


Pallbearers are grandsons and sons-in-law.


Visitation will be from 6 till 9 pm Wednesday and after 7:30 am Thursday at the Chapel.
