Gladys Mae Ransdell, 89, Salvisa, KY, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at the Golden Living Center, Stanford. Born May 15, 1925, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Louise Lyons Pittman.
Survivors include one daughter: Nancy R. Tatum of Salvisa, two sisters: Alice Baker and Irene Baker of Harrodsburg, and one brother: Clarence Pittman, Jr. of Harrodsburg, she also has two grandchildren: Melanie Meyer and Angelia Baker, and five great grandchildren. She is predeceased by siblings: Jessie Devine, Marion, Edward, A. C. and Jimmy Pittman.
Funeral services 2:00 pm Sat. (11/29/14) at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY. Visitation 5 - 8 PM Friday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
