Peggy Joyce Burkhead, 74, Harrodsburg, KY, died Friday, December 12, 2014, at home. Born August 19, 1940, in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Artie K. Yeaste Ross.
Survivors include four daughters: Roxie Harmon of Harrodsburg, Cathy Devine of Williamsburg, Brenda Cheatham of Williamsburg, Cindy Tatum of Harrodsburg, and three sons: Benny Ross, Maurice Harmon, and Eugene Harmon all of Harrodsburg, one sister: Jonell Stratton and one brother: Donald Ross both of Harrodsburg, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is predeceased by a daughter: Kelly Isham, two grandchildren and a brother: Billy Ross.
Funeral service 2:30 pm Monday, Dec. 15, 2014, with visitation after 12 noon at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY.
