Hello. It’s Sal again. I have one more memory I would like to share. After Vinny made me a pressman , he would always come to me if he had a question or a problem involving the pressroom. So one thing that he really hated was lateness. And that’s putting mildly. One particular day he called me to his office because one of the press workers was late at least twice a week. Drove him nuts ,but Vinny liked him and didn’t want to loose him .So one particular day Vinny called me and the worker to his office and he said to the guy, I’ve called you and Sal up here because I want to make a deal. I’ve given you every chance to not fire you , so I’ve come up with a deal for you. He said “” You and I are going to go into the bathroom and fight. If I win you will be fired on your next lateness. If you win, you can come in anytime you want for as long as you work here. The guy never late again.after the guy left the office Vinny asked me, what do you think about that Sal. I said I don’t know what you’re talking about. We both laughed.Lolol classic Vinny.

Good morning. I recently heard about the passing of my friend Vinny. I worked with him at Potomac graphics. He is responsible for making me a pressman of which I made into a career. I was a young man and newly married when he promoted me. I started having children right away and after every birth (4 girls) he would tell me to take out stock in tampons. Lol thank you Vinny. I’ll miss you. Sal vetrano. P.s. I even remember his extension at Potomac. 262. I don’t know if anyone will be able to see this but I hope so . Rest well buddy.

Hello DelMese Family!
I worked with Vince at Fujifilm and was shocked when I heard the news. Vince always had such a vibrant and lively personality, and no one took better care of his customers than Vince. I am so glad I got to see him several weeks ago considering. I am blessed to have known him and my thoughts and prayers are with his family.

One of many memorable times I spent with Vince. We were attending the Louisville Sports Commission Annual Breakfast at the KFC Yum! Center on December 9, 2011. We were both guests of Publishers Press. I really miss him.
