Praying for the Family! Remember this man from when I was really little. He used to spray for bugs and I would make ladybugs out of construction paper to give to him. He will be missed!

I would like to offer my deepest sympathies to you. Although we haven’t met, all of us have experienced the loss of a loved one. I recently lost my grandmother and know the pain of a broken heart. Our Heavenly Father feels our pain. Psalms 34:18 assures us that He is near to those broken at heart. He does, however, hold out a promise that in the very near future He will wipe out all tears of sorrow and pain from our eyes and death will be no more. (Revelation 21:3-5) He also promises to remember all those in the memorial tombs (graves) and restore them to life. (John 5:28,29) Until those words are fulfilled, may you find much peace and comfort in God and in His promises found in the Holy Scriptures.

Our family has suffered such a loss of a great man. He was such a wonderful person to be around. He helped to continue my growth as a young girl involving me in youth church activities when I visited during the summer. One of my most memorable camping trips was to Land Between the Lakes with the youth of his church. I can still remember him calling "here kitty, kitty" to a skunk that had gotten into our tent. He will be deeply missed! I love you Uncle Joe! I hope to see you some day up in heaven.

Uncle Joe was a terrific man, husband, father, and uncle. He touched many lives and will be missed by lots of people. My heart goes out to Melanie and Jeff and their families. Also, to Patsy, Brenda, Caroline, and my dad, Murrell. It is very difficult to lose a parent, sibling, grandparent and good friend. My prayers are with all of you.
God bless you,
Judy and John Hanna
