Marvin Haskell Yeager, Jr, 82, husband of Faye Adkinson Yeager died Wednesday at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY. Born November 22,1932, in Anderson County, to the late Marvin Haskell and Venie Mae (Drury) Yeager. Marvin was a retired farmer and horse trainer. He is survived by: his wife: Faye Adkinson Yeager, three daughters: Dana Yeager, Reeda Hewlett both of Mercer County and Pam Burton of FL; one son: Steve Yeager of Mercer County, one sister: Sandy (Kenny) Long of Salvisa, and one brother: Larry (Lou Ann) Yeager of Harrodsburg, Seven Grand Children and Several Great Grandchildren. Marvin was preceded in death by two Brothers: Gilbert & Carroll Yeager and a Sister: Phyllis Hamlin Sea. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday; January 9 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers will be: Jeff Currens, Bobby Lewis, Carl Lamb, Louis Sea, Kenny Long and Doug Bell. Funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday January 10 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by David Green. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.ransdellfuneralchapel.com
