Our hearts are broken with this sudden loss of Ms. Mary, she was my Grandmother's roommate and we have enjoyed her and Vicki and the family so much, we have bonded and became a larger family, She was the person who told me what their days were like when I came by and told me how my Grandmother was feeling that day She would share stories of her life and her church, her family and all the many miles she had walked in her lifetime, She loved her family so much, her church, her faith, and really missed being able to see and read, she was a joy each day, with her soft spoken voice, that you really had to listen to make sure you heard each word she said, I enjoyed being able to share our meals with her when I brought food, she enjoyed eating my Green beans out of my garden this year so much and it brought me joy knowing she enjoyed my cooking, We miss her already, there is a void that won't be filled.I know she is walking now, and seeing her family and her husband she missed so much.

Vicki, our condolences to you and family. We know what a wonderful person your Mom was by the beautiful daughter she raised. May you find comfort in all the good memories of your mom. You were so good to me when my Dad died and taking care of the girls. Love to you always.

Aunt Mary was a precious person and a woman of faith. I have such fond memories of the many times she opened her heart and home to all of us, always making us feel loved and welcomed. She loved and loved well.
Now that she had completed her earthly journey, I can’t even imagine the GRAND REUNION taking place inside Heavens gates. As I sit here reminiscing I realize this is yet another of life’s BITTERSWEET moments. The ‘Bitter’ of the ‘Bittersweet’, is knowing the loss her loved ones feel today and will continue to feel in the days to come. The ‘Sweet’ of the ‘Bittersweet’ is knowing without a doubt she is in the presence of her Lord and Savior, and once again in the arms of her beloved husband David, all the while being greeted by other loved ones who have taken this step before her. The ‘Sweet’ of the ‘Bittersweet’ makes my heart smile for Aunt Mary.
Sending love, thoughts and prayers to Vicki and her family, Davy & Linda, Aunt Barbara and family.
Love,
Jan
(Her niece Janice)
