Obituary of Viola Dreon

Viola Dreon, 81, Harrodsburg, widow of Gerald Dreon, died Fri., Feb. 20, 2015, at the Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Ctr., Winchester. Born Dec. 30, 1933, in Mercer Co., she was the daughter of the late Frank W. and Cleva R. (Routt) Langford. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church, Danville. Survivors include: two daughters, Melody R. Brown and Tammy R. Allen, both of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Bettie L. Hager, Harrodsburg, and Annie L. Hooker, Danville; one brother, Robert Langford, Harrodsburg; three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three siblings, Arah Wright, Dodd and Raymond Langford, and a grandson, Anthony Allan Derosse. Services will be 10 AM Wed., Feb. 25, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, by Tim Mathis. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg, KY.
