Justin was a great friend and a great guy. He always knew how to brighten up your day and put a smile on your face. Just being around him made life so much more enjoyable. He was such a loving person and you could always rely on him for anything. He was also a very loyal person to his family and friends and that was one of his greatest attributes from a guy who had many. He will be dearly missed but I know he is looking down upon us all in God's kingdom. He is at peace and and in a much better place, a happier place full of laughter and happiness. My prayers go out to the VanWinkle family and to Jeremy his brother. Rest in peace Justin, you will never be forgotten. We all love you!
