Doris F. Carey, 70, Harrodsburg, KY, died Sunday, June 14, 2015, at the Hospice Care Center, Lexington. Born September 25, 1944, in Owensboro, KY, she was the daughter of the late Dudley Moore and Mary Helen (Thompson) Freeman. She was a retired Administrative Employee for UK Healthcare and was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Survivors include: one son, Ronald Jeffery (Andrea) Carey of Harrodsburg; two brothers, Bill (Marlene) Freeman and Art (Laura) Freeman, both of Harrodsburg; four grandchildren, MacKenzie Holt, Paisley Carey, Landon Rogers, and Jason Carey.
Graveside services 1:30 PM Wed., Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion. Visitation will be 11 AM - 1 PM Wed., Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Memorials suggested to a charity of one's choice.
