Obituary of Lucille Lester

Lucille Lester, 90, Harrodsburg, KY, wife of Horace M. Lester, died Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at her home.
Born January 1, 1925, in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late James William and Florence (Darland) Jackson. She was a retired Seamstress for Cricketeer and was a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Faith, Hope, and Love Sunday School Class.
Other survivors include: two sons, Darill (Patricia) Lester of Harrodsburg, and David (Debbie) Lester of Weston, FL; one sister, Myrtle Britton of Lawrenceburg; five grandchildren, Danny (Emily) Lester, David Lester Jr., Dena (Price) Harrison, Tommy Lester, Darrin Smith; ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 pm Thurs., July 23, 2015, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Wayne Spivey and Robert Defoor. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Wed., July 22, 2015, Ransdell's.
Pallbearers: David Lester Jr., Danny Lester, Tommy Lester, Hunter Lester, Darrin Smith, and Dale Taylor. Honorary bearers: members of the Faith, Hope & Love SS Class.
Memorials are suggested to a Charity of One's Choice.
