Tonya Lee Scott, 52, died Friday, October 9, 2015, at her home. Born December 14, 1962, in Savannah, GA, she was the daughter of Jessie Marie (Williams) Scott, Hamilton, OH, and the late Dennis Gerald Scott. She was a Kroger Co. employee and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. Survivors other than her mother include: one daughter, Saundra Lockwood of Pleasureville, KY; three sons, David R. (Ashley) Lockwood of Nicholasville, Joshua E. Lockwood of Burgin, and Bradley S. Lockwood of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Barbara Scott (Brian) Powers of New Haven, IN, and Karen (Michael) Saxton of Blissfield, MI; one brother, David G. (Amy) Scott of Fairfield, OH; three grandchildren, Austin Shawn Lockwood, Kendra Rose Lockwood, and Logan Ray Steven Lockwood; special companion, Michael Stapleton of Harrodsburg. Funeral services will be 2 PM Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, by Tim Brown. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 12:00 Noon until the hour of service on Monday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers are: Kevin Essary, Jack Shaffer, David, Bradley, & Saundra Lockwood and David Scott.
