Ruby Jeanette Bartley, 77, Harrodsburg, KY, widow of Richard Denton Bartley, died Thursday at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY. Born August 24, 1938, in Elkhorn City, KY to the late Elzie and Carrie Alice Owens Puckett.
She was the retired Co-Owner and Operator of Pandora Marina.
Ruby's survivors include: one daughter: Pamela Sue Bartley, and two sons: Richard D. (Tammy) Bartley Jr. and Brian (Kristie) Bartley, all of Harrodsburg; one sister: Sue Bartley of NJ and one brother: Bill Puckett of Cleveland, OH; five grandchildren: Brad Cecil, Austin Bartley, Madeline Bartley, Josh Bartley and Rachel Bartley.
Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel and at The Carpenters Christian Church after 1 pm Tuesday. Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 pm at The Carpenter's Christian Church by Greg Warren. Burial will follow in the Burgin Memorial Garden.
Pallbearers will be: Brad Cecil, Josh Bartley, Austin Bartley, John Lewis, Luke Austin and Ricky Garcia.
The family request memorial donations be sent to: The Carpenter's Christian Church, 1340 U.S. 127 Bypass, Harrodsburg, KY 40330.
