Obituary of Amy Jo Cook

Amy Jo Cook, 58, Harrodsburg, KY, died Thursday, December 17, 2015 in Harrodsburg. Born March 24, 1957, in Gary, IN, she was the daughter of the late Donald T and Shirley May Small Cook.
She was an RN for the VA Hospital in Lexington and was a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God.
Amy is survived by: two sons: Jeremy (Aya) Knies of Lexington, Joshua Knies of Harrodsburg, three brothers: Tim Cook of FL, Tom Cook of SC, Chris Cook of TN and 7 grandchildren. Amy was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Knies.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 10-12pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers will be: Tim Cook, Tom Cook, Chris Cook and Paul Kearby.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 12:00 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Tom Lane. Burial will follow in the Danville Memorial Gardens, Danville.
