Willard "Butch" Steele, Jr., 64, Harrodsburg, KY, died Monday at his home in Harrodsburg, KY. Born February 1, 1951, in Harrodsburg. Butch was the son of the late Willard and Ella (Bailey) Steele. He was the Owner and Operator for Steele Painting and a member of the Benton Baptist Church. Butch is survived by: a daughter: Stacy Marie (Brent) Fernie of Lexington, and two sons: Mark A. (Angie) Steele and Chad Edward (Barbara) Steele of Harrodsburg, two sisters: Trudy (Billy) Tredway and Mary (Charles) Jennette of Lexington, KY and a brother: Jimmy (June) Steele of Louisville, half sister, Marlena Steele of Nicholasville, five grand children and several nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be held 1 pm Saturday; January 2 at the Randsdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Friday; January 1 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pall Bearesr will be: Ronnie Peavler, Dylan Steele, Zach Steele, Chris Goodlett, Jeff Goodlett and Jeremy Hopper. Memorial donations are directed toward the American Diabetes Association.
