Obituary of Richard Carroll

Richard Carroll, 73, Burgin, KY, widower of Brenda Joanne Cummins, died Thursday in McKinney. He was born April 25,1942, in Mercer County, to the late James and Ruby (White) Carroll. Richard was retired a factory employee for Hallmack and Wausau Paper. Survivors include: Companion, Sue Horner of McKinney, two daughters: Lesa Gayle (Mark) Selby of Perryville, Dana Joanne (Cecil) McElory of Hustonville, and two sons: Richard Dwayne Carroll, William Lake "Bill" Carroll both of Burgin, one brother: William Thomas Carroll of Burgin, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday from 10 am - 2 pm and lead up to the Funeral Service, conducted by Richard Cummins, at 2 pm, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers will be: Richard Carroll, William Carroll, Mark Selby, Cecil McElroy, Cecil McElroy II, Robert Snow, Derek Patterson and Daryl Patterson. Burial will be in the Burgin Memorial Garden.
