Ruth C. Pinkston, 87, Harrodsburg, widow of Norman Pinkston, died Thursday at the her home. Born April 12,1928, in Burgin, to the late Willie Hubert and Minnie Etta (Meredith) Carmickle.
Ruth was a retired Inspector for Corning Glass.
She is survived by: two granddaughters, Amanda Barnard and Natalie Huff; Two Grandsons, Gavin & Gage; two sisters: Dolores Cinnamon and Mary Lee Cinnamon all of Harrodsburg. Ruth was preceded in death by a Son, Roger Barnard and her Brother, Richard Thomas Carmickle.
Visitation will be 11-1 Monday; April 11 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, and lead to the Funeral Service at 1 pm, conducted by Dr. James McCarroll. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers will be: David Cinnamon, Dale Cinnamon, James Paul Murray, Leon Cinnamon, Bill Watts and Terry Taylor.
