Jean Dale Ransdell, 82, Lexington, KY, died Friday, July 22, 2016 at the Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington. Born February 8,1934 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ralph J. and Margaret Era Royalty Ransdell.
She was a member of Palomar Baptist Church and was a retired Beautician for American Beauty Salon.
Jean is survived by: Four sisters: Nancy Louise Neal, Sandra Gabbard, Sharon Stafford and Glenda Miller, all of Lexington. One brother: R.J. Ransdell of Lexington and several Nieces and Nephews. Jean was preceded in death by her Brother, Price Ransdell.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 26, 2016 from 11-2pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
Funeral service will follow visitation Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Joe Moore. Burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
The family request memorial donations be sent to St. Jude Hospital.
