Charles McCrystal, 81, Harrodsburg, husband of Dolores Jane Arnold McCrystal, died Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at the Danville Center For Health & Rehab, Danville.
Born December 4, 1934, in Mercer Co., he was the son of the late John William and Irene (Carey) McCrystal. He was retired owner of Charles McCrystal Plumbing-HVAC and was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Vicki (Jim) Spears of Danville, and Lori (Marty) Lawson of Harrodsburg; two sons, Rick (Tracy) McCrystal of Somerset, and Steve (Linda) McCrystal of Harrodsburg; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two siblings, Kenneth McCrystal and Mary Huff.
A Funeral Mass will be held 10 AM Friday at the St. Andrew Catholic Church by Fr. Noel Zamora. Burial will follow in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM Thursday at St. Andrew Catholic Church with a Prayer Service conducted by Dcn. Bruce Browning at 7:30 PM.
Pallbearers are Scott Huff, Robert Brown, Brandon Mink, Caleb Lawson, Derek Springate, Lee McCrystal, Jeff M. McCrystal and Roland Arnold.
Memorials are suggested to: St. Nicholas Cemetery, C/O Harriet Ruby, 528 Beaumont Ave., Harrodsburg, KY 40330. Arrangements by Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
