Ruby Louise Carey, 81, Harrodsburg, wife of Bill Carey, died Thursday at their home. Born December 24, 1934, in Lincoln County, KY, to the late Leslie and Maude (Releford) Cannada.
She was a Customer Service Representative for R.V. Cablevision, and a member of the Burgin Baptist Church.
Ruby is survived by: her husband, William Calvin Carey; one daughter, Donna (Dr. Jack) Hankla of Danville; one sister, Dorothy (Carroll) Gritton of Harrodsburg; one grandson, John William Hankla of Danville. Ruby was preceded in death by her Sister, Mary Eva Darland.
Visitation will be 5-8 pm Sunday; November 13 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Funeral service will be held Monday, 12:00 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Carl McCray. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers: Justin Kendrick, Adam Turner, Mike B Turner, Joey Gritton, Jerry Wayne Darland, Jamie Goodpaster, David Woodward, Charlie Carpenter, Bill Johnson, & Mike Turner.
