Delbert Lee Holt, Jr, 88, Harrodsburg, widower of Dorcas Audrey Curtsinger Holt, died Friday at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center. Born October18, 1928, in Nelson County, KY, to the late Delbert Lee Sr. and Katherine (King) Holt. Delbert was a self employed Carpenter.
He is survived by: one son: Woodson Lee "Woody" Holt of Harrodsburg, four grandsons, Jamie Long, Joey Holt, Jessie Morris and, Jared Holt. Delbert was preceded in death by his wife, Dorcas A. Curtsinger, a daughter, Audrey Morris, and a sister, Katie Weatherford Holt.
Visitation will be 5-8 pm Monday; November 14 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Pallbearers will be: Jamie Long, Joey Holt, Jesse Morris, Jarad Holt, Shawn Curtsinger and Adam Curtsinge.
Funeral service will be held 1 pm Tuesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Allen Holt. Burial will follow in the Peter Cemetery, Mackville, KY.
The family request memorial donations be sent to American Cancer Society.
