Vince Alfred "Al" Wooldridge, 88, Harrodsburg, husband of Elaine Holyak Wooldridge, died Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at the The Willows at Harrodsburg. Born January 27, 1929, in Anawalt, WV, he was the son of the late Coy Thomas and Betty (Blevins) Wooldridge. Al was the former owner-operator of Speed Queen Laundromat and was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church. Other survivors include: one daughter, Terri (Allen) McQuerry, Harrodsburg; one son, Bruce (Debbie) Wooldridge, Stanford; one sister, Mamie Presley, Cleveland, OH; six grandchildren, Travis McQuerry, Tara Mills, Brooke Brown, Brandi Horn, Brittani Brown, and Jacob Elliott; eight great grandchildren, Trevor, Carson and Shelbie Mills, Bayleigh Moore, Bryson Brown, Weston and Colton Horn, and Presley Brown. He was preceded in death by a sister, Oma Wooldridge, and a brother, James Wooldridge. A private family service is planned. Entombment will be in the St. Andrew Catholic Church Columbarium, Harrodsburg, KY. Memorials are suggested to the St. Andrew Catholic Church Building Fund, 1125 Danville Rd., Harrodsburg, KY 40330 or the Willows at Harrodsburg, 464 Linden Ave., Harrodsburg, KY 40330.
