Obituary of Nicholas Wayne Maddox

Nicholas Wayne "Nick" Maddox, 39, Harrodsburg, son of Dwayne and Nancy (Caton) Maddox, died Saturday at the UK Medical Center. Born March 22,1978, in Danville. Nick was a Shift Leader for Day & Zimmerman Construction and a farmer.
Nick is survived by: his parents; Dwayne and Nancy Maddox, one brother: Levi (Jennifer) Maddox, three nieces, Reagan, Havanna & Sadie Maddox, of Harrodsburg, KY and several cousins.
Visitation will be 5-8pm Wednesday; April 26 from at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Pallbearers will be: Levi Maddox, Wes Inman, Derrick Vandivier, Keith Lay, Brian Lay, Adam Turner, Garnett Payton and Keith Humphrey. Honorary bearers will be: Ann Inman, Samantha Zinkievich, Chrissy Maddox, Stuart Myers, Jeff Turner, Ronnie Thornton and Matthew McGrath.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Thursday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Derek Baker.
The family request memorial donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000 Dept, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 or, Ky Organ Donor Affiliates (KODA) 2201 Regency Road, Suite #601, Lexington, KY 40503.
