Betty M. Lewis, 58, Harrodsburg, widow of Randell Lewis, died Friday, June 23, 2017. Born January 28, 1959, in Spencer Co., she was the daughter of the late Elmore and Margaret (Hoskins) Middleton. She was a homeaker and was a member of the Dry Branch Baptist Church.
Survivors include: one sister, Elaine (Nelson) Lutes of Shelbyville; three brothers, Ronnie (Ginny) Middleton of Shelbyville, Roger (Shirley) Middleton of Lebanon, and Joseph Middleton of Frankfort; several nieces & nephews.
Graveside services 3PM Sunday, June 25, 2017, by Donnie Releford, at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion.
