Obituary of Thomas H. Breeding
Thomas H. Breeding, 65, Cincinnati, OH, husband of Gayle Maples Breeding, of forty years, died peacefully, surrounded by family, Saturday, June 24, 2017, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, from complications from MDS. Born July 11, 1951, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Walter Kelly and Laura Isham Breeding.
He was a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church (formerly a member of the Harrodsburg United Methodist Church). Tom attended Sue Bennett College and the University of Kentucky with degrees in Psychology with a specialty in Social Work. He worked for Kentucky State Hospital and the Kentucky Department of Social Services for over twenty years and more recently did research study for Wyatt-Tarrant & Combs, of Lexington. He enjoyed gardening, collecting coins and most importantly spending time with his grandsons.
In addition to his wife; Gayle, other survivors include a daughter: Whitney (Andy) Dienger of Cincinnati, OH; a sister: Dianne (Paul) Peters of Lexington, a brother: Kelly (Margaret) Breeding and two grandsons: Lucas Henry Dienger; and Alexander Charles Dienger.
Visitation will be 4:30-6:30 pm Wednesday; June 28, with Funeral services will start at 6:30 PM, Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Honorary bearers are Walter Breeding, Sean Featheringill, Stephanie Zullo, Laurie Dunning
