Sarah Frances Gritton Sarah Frances Gritton, age 87, 265 Cummins Ferry Road, Salvisa, widow of Roy Clifton Gritton, died Saturday, June 12, 2004 at Harrodsburg Health Care Center, Harrodsburg, KY. Born November 19, 1916 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Clifton Wesley and Virginia (Springate) Parsons. She was a food service employee for the Mercer County School System for many years and was a member of Salvisa Methodist Church. Survivors include: one daughter: Mary Ann (Donald) Green of Salvisa; one sister, Doris Parsons of Salvisa; two step sisters Ethel Hall and Wandola Perkins, both of Louisville; two granddaughters, Angelia Green Phillips and Julie Green Turner and two great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Monday, June 14th at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Reverends Danny Wiley and David Green. Burial will be in the Providence Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Louis Sea, J.C. Young, Bobby Lewis, Jimmy Sexton, Dale Cinnamon, and Anthony Godbey. Honorary bearers are Arvin Short, Junior Yeager, Carol Sanford, Garnett Cinnamon, David Cinnamon, Gary Gritton, Keith Gritton, and the staff of the Harrodsburg Health Care Center. Visitation will be Sunday after 5:00 PM and Monday after 7:30 am at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be sent to Heritage Hospice, P.O.
