Obituary of Charlotte S. Smith

 Charlotte S. Smith, 86, Harrodsburg, KY, widow of Gilbert  Smith, died Saturday at the Danville Center for Health and Rehabilitation. Born April 8,1931, in Springfield, KY, to the late Arthur Pierce and Harriett Catherine (Lewis) Sanders.          Charlotte was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church and a retired inspector at Corning Glass and also worked at Palm Beach Company for several years.
          Charlotte is survived by: three sons: William Dennis (Judy Kay) Kinkead of Burgin, Delbert (Donna) Sullivan and Tommy (Tammy) Sullivan of Harrodsburg, seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren, Charlotte was preceded in death by her brothers, Arthur Lewis Sanders and Thomas Wilson Sanders, sisters, Hannah Hume, Ruth Goodlett, Mary Goodlett and Ida Mae Moberly and a half brother, William Goodknow.
          Visitation will be 5 - 8 PM, Tuesday; October 10 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel,  Harrodsburg, KY.
Pallbearers will be: Junior Sanders, Chad Kenney, Larry Wilham, Marvin Osborne, Virgil Monroe and Danny Goodlett.  Honorary bearers will be: Calvin Taylor, Ronnie Claunch, Jerry Huffman and Kenneth Meredith
               Funeral service will be 1 pm Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Lynn Releford. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa. The family request memorial donations be sent to Gideon Bible Fund P.O. Box 176 Harrodsburg, KY 40330
