Obituary of Patsy Ann Burton

Patsy Ann Burton, 76, wife of James Donald Jenkins, widow of John Craig Burton, died Saturday, January 27, 2018, in Danville.

 

Born August 29, 1941, in Piqua, OH, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Alberta (Robinson) Durr. She was a retired Cricketeer Mfg. employee, had worked as a teller at Farmers National Bank, and was a member of the Harrodsburg Church of God and the "Constitution Squares" square dancing club. Patsy also established the clothing store for the Harrodsburg Christian Life Center in 1984.

 

Other survivors include: one son, Jonathan Keith Burton of Wyncote, PA;  one sister, Garnetta Graham, Lexington; two brothers, Bobby Royster, Beckley, WV, and Donnie Royster, Winchester, KY; one grandchild, Derek F. Burton, Philadelphia, PA.

 

Funeral services will be 2PM Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, by Donald Wayne Burton. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa. Visitation will be 11-2 PM Tuesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.

 

Pallbearers are:  Ricky Keller, Clay Bishop, Kenny Stratton, John Turner, Eddie Burton and Michael Jenkins.
