Alice Kabler, 94, Harrodsburg, widow of Wilmer "Wink" Kabler, died Thursday, July 19, 2018, at her home.  Born April 20, 1924, in Versailles, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Katherine (Fowler) Phillips Sr.  Alice was a retired supervisor for Bellsouth.

 

Survivors include: a special nephew, Ralph (Terri) Phillips of Harrodsburg; three great nieces, Kasi (Erik) Dandy, LeCarole Roach, and Rebecca Roach; one great nephew, Phillip Roach. She was preceded in death by a niece, Kathy Taylor.

 

Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday, July 23, 2018, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by John Elliott and Greg Warren. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM  until  the hour of service Monday.

 

Pallbearers:  Daryl Noel, Chase Anderson, Phillip Roach, Terry Taylor, Erik Dandy, and Gary Caton. Honorary pallbearers: Hobert Cheatham, David Taylor, Kenny Dean and Doyle Darland. 

 

Memorials are suggested to: Mercer Co. Humane Society, 165 Eminence Ave., Harrodsburg, Kentucky 40330, or to a charity of one's choice.
