Obituary of William Chase Sinkhorn
William Chase Sinkhorn, 86, widower of Charlotte Buckler Sinkhorn, Parksville, KY, died Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at home. Born October 11, 1931, in Mercer County, he was the son of the late William C. and Eliza Ann (Bailey) Sinkhorn. He was a retired Jeweler for LeRoy's Jewelers, a member of the Harrodsburg Community Church, a KY Colonel, and was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include: a daughter, Valencia Bass of Louisville; special caregiver, Tammy (Jerry) Gammon of Parksville; one sister, Wilma Sinkhorn Early of Winchester; three grandchildren and one great grandchild; one nephew, John T. Buckler of Berea. He was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Chase Sinkhorn, and three sisters, Anna May Devine, Addie Velois Fitts, and Betty Caton.
Funeral services 2 PM Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Darrell Hahn and Terry Morrison. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be 11:00 AM Sunday, Ransdell's.
Pallbearers are: Brandon Bass, Jerry Gammon, Chris Tackett, Mark Caton, Don Mantooth, Dr. Donny Hardi, Dr. Luicia ardi, Alexis Bass, Charity Murphy and Tiffany Tackett. Honorary bearers are Charity Murphy and Tiffany Tacket.
